Refund Policy

1. Membership Cancellations

  • Arcis Players’ Prime/Club: Members may cancel their membership after completing the initial commitment period.

    • Notice Requirement: Written notice must be provided via the club’s member portal or in-person at the specific Alabama course location.

    • Effective Date:

      • Notifications received on or before the 15th of the month: Membership terminates at the end of the current month.

      • Notifications received on or after the 16th: Membership remains active through the end of the following month, and one final month of dues will be charged.

  • Refundability: Monthly dues are generally non-refundable once processed. Arcis does not typically offer prorated refunds for partial months of use.

2. Tee Time & Reservation Refunds

  • Cancellation Window: Standard tee time reservations must be canceled at least 24 to 48 hours in advance (depending on the specific course) to avoid "no-show" fees.

  • Pre-paid Bookings: For reservations paid online, refunds are issued to the original payment method if canceled within the club's allowed window. Cancellations made outside this window may result in a forfeiture of the full amount.

3. Event & Tournament Registration

  • Standard Policy: Registration fees for tournaments, clinics, or social events are generally non-refundable within 72 hours of the event.

  • Weather Cancellations: If the club cancels an event due to inclement weather, participants are typically eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future event.

4. Retail & Merchandise Returns

  • Condition: Items must be in new, sellable condition with original tags attached.

  • Timeline: Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase at the pro shop where the item was bought.

  • Non-refundable Items: Custom-fitted clubs, personalized items, and clearance merchandise are final sale unless defective.

5. Refund Processing

  • All approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (credit card, member account, etc.). Please allow 7–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
