Users hereby release, waive, and discharge Arcis Golf LLC, its subsidiaries, parent companies, and affiliates from any and all liability for personal injury, death, or property loss arising from the use of club facilities.

2. Golf Cart Operation (Alabama Compliance)
In accordance with local safety standards and club policy:

  • Driver Requirements: All golf cart operators must possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Assumption of Risk: Users assume all responsibility for the operation of golf carts. Arcis Golf LLC is not liable for accidents resulting from the misuse of carts, including operation by unauthorized minors or driving in GPS-restricted areas.

  • Damages: Users are financially responsible for any damage to the golf cart or club property caused by negligent operation.

3. Personal Property & Valuables
Arcis Golf LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, including equipment, jewelry, or electronics left unattended on the course, in the parking lot, or within the clubhouse. Users are encouraged to secure valuables in their personal vehicles.

4. Data Privacy & Use of Site
Users of Arcis Golf’s digital platforms agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Arcis Golf LLC disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of information provided by third-party services linked through its site.

5. Alabama State Law Disclosure
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. If any portion of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Data is used to provide and enhance club experiences:

  • Fulfilling reservations, food and beverage orders, and retail transactions.

  • Administering loyalty programs and personalized recommendations.

  • Maintaining security and preventing fraud, especially following past data breach incidents.
