Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. Membership & Eligibility

Enrollment: Membership is open to individuals who pay the required monthly or annual fees.

Agreement: By using Program benefits, members agree to these terms, which Arcis Golf (AG) may modify at its sole discretion.

Alabama-Specific Residency: Certain local membership tiers may require proof of Alabama residency to qualify for "Home Club" rates.
2. Tee Time & Playing Rules

Reservations: Members can typically book tee times 5 to 14 days in advance, depending on their specific membership level (e.g., Players’ Card vs. Prime).

Check-in: All players must register in the Golf Pro Shop before play.

Cart Usage: Two riders and two bags per cart maximum. Operators are liable for any damages to carts or the course.

Local Etiquette: Cutting in on holes is strictly prohibited. Fivesomes are generally not allowed unless specifically approved by the Golf Professional.
3. Member Benefits & Fees

Access Fees: Members may be required to pay a mandatory cart or access fee (e.g., $21.95–$44.95 depending on time/day) for certain "free" rounds.

Guest Privileges: Members often receive monthly guest passes or 15% discounts for guests.

Discounts: Standard benefits include 10–20% off non-sale golf shop apparel and equipment, excluding balls and clubs.
4. Dress Code & Conduct

Attire: Proper golf attire is required. Men should wear collared shirts and slacks or golf shorts. Women may wear golf skirts, skorts, or tailored slacks. Denied attire includes denim (unless specified), swimwear, and athletic sweatpants.

Spikes: Only soft spikes or approved soft-sole shoes are permitted.
5. Cancellation & Liability

Resignation: Members may cancel at any time via written notice. Cancellation is usually effective at the end of the month following the notice (e.g., notice on June 10th ends membership July 31st).

Liability Release: Members agree to hold Arcis Golf harmless for any claims or injuries sustained on the property
